reasons i like foosa

so i say, "i want to take this class"

and they say, "DEPARTMENTAL CLEARANCE!"

so i say, "how do i get departmental clearance?"

and they say, "get a form from our office"

so i say, "but i am in norcal, is there any way to do it over the phone or online?"

and they say, "please call back. our office hours are from 9-5 Monday thru Friday"

argh. why do i agonize so much over my schedule.
