I thought the video was hilarious; thanks for sharing these discoveries with even your old aunt. BTW - that egg thing you wondered about at Air, Sun, and Nudeln is called a Scotch Egg (hard cooked egg wrapped in sausage meat, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried till the sausage is cooked) I can't believe you spent so long in Edinburgh and never had one there!
